Special Education Teachers Collaborate

Special education staff members from HTHS and HTMS collaborated today at central office to design a transition plan for their students.  Their goal was to develop a transition plan that will guide the case managers in assessing their students yearly according to their developmental and academic needs.  The assessments they created and included will provide age appropriate, current data relating to the students' transition needs.
